As a guest of our salon, our team pride ourselves on ensuring that you have the best possible experience within our salon and you are in love with your results after your service.

That is why we ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment you do so with at least 48 hours notice via a phone call. Don’t forget we are closed Sunday & Monday so we can’t answer your call 🙂

Allowing us 48+ hours notice means we are able to give another client an appointment opportunity to be pampered as we quite regularly have a wait list.

All online and colour bookings will require a 30% deposit, which will be subtracted from your total service on the day.

If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice the online booking fee can be used as a credit on your account or used for your next appointment if you decide to reschedule.

If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours you will forfeit your deposit. If no deposit was paid you will receive a fee upon your next visit to our salon or via the card on your file.

If you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged the full appointment fee.
